The first and most advantageous option is to sync your online account. You connect your accounts once, and then: ✅ bills are automatically imported into the app after they are issued 🔔 you receive notifications when they are due and you can pay them in seconds, either individually or all at once with a single confirmation ⏰ you have access to your entire payment history, not just payments made through Pago For more details on syncing supplier accounts in Pago, read "All about Pago suppliers: how to connect a supplier". Don't have an online account with your supplier? No problem. You can also pay your bills by scanning the barcode. Scanning also works if you have your bill in digital format — it doesn't need to be printed. However, we recommend syncing your suppliers in Pago for the following reasons: ✅ scanned invoices are not synchronized with the supplier's account ✅ if you pay your invoice outside the app, on the supplier's website or by other means, it will not be updated in the app — in this case, you can mark the invoice as paid in Pago by tapping on it in the list of invoices in the app ✅ if you have a new invoice, it will not appear in your invoice list automatically ✅ you will not receive notifications when a new invoice is issued

1. Tap the "Add a supplier" button 2. Search for the name of the supplier you want 3. Choose the payment method by selecting "Scan barcode" or "Sync online account". By choosing to sync your online account, you will automatically receive your bills in Pago every month. We will also notify you when a new invoice is issued or when an existing invoice is approaching its due date. 4. Enter the information required to connect the supplier on the "Connect supplier" screen. The information needed may include: the email you used to create your account with the supplier, the customer code on the invoice, the mobile phone number associated with the account, username and password. Important! The information required here is the same as the information you use to access your online account on the supplier's website. 5. Tap "Connect account" and you're done! We automatically retrieve your history and bills in just a few seconds, and they will then update automatically every time you open the app, without the need for further logins, passwords or hassle. If you already have a supplier connected in Pago, you can add others by going to the Suppliers screen and repeating the steps above, starting with Step 1. You can message us via Live Chat in the app if you need help connecting your suppliers in Pago.

If your supplier has an online platform but you don't yet have an online account, when you try to add a supplier in Pago you will see an account creation button that will redirect you instantly to the supplier's website to create your account there. If you have an Android phone, you can create your account directly from Pago for Enel and E.ON suppliers.

Not all suppliers offer online account access that allows us to fetch invoices. These are usually newer or local suppliers that have not yet invested in such a platform. The good news is that more and more of them have understood the benefits of digitization and are planning or already working on such platforms. For suppliers that have an online platform but do not offer online account syncing, we are most likely already working on integrating them into Pago. Online sync should be available soon.

We have many users who use the app to manage and pay bills for multiple addresses — whether rented properties, offices, grandparents' homes, parents' homes, holiday homes, or any other locations where you want to pay bills. The connection works the same way, and we receive the details necessary to process payments correctly directly from the suppliers you've connected. What's more, you can save multiple cards in the app and then choose the right one for each bill when paying in Pago.

If you have a Premium or Unlimited subscription, you can add any supplier that has developed an online platform for accessing invoices, or from whom you receive barcoded invoices. If your supplier is not already among the 400+ existing ones in the app, you can request that we add them in the Bills → Suppliers section by tapping on "Add a supplier". We just need a photo of a recent invoice with a barcode and we will add the supplier in the app within a few days.
