Pago is a mobile app that offers users the following services:
· Payment of bills to suppliers and viewing the history of payments made to them.
· Electronic top-up of prepaid SIM cards for phone numbers valid on Romanian territory
· Obtaining financial offers and issuing an RCA / travel insurance policy
· Payment of taxes and fees set by public institutions
· Payment of the road vignette (Rovinieta)
· Payment of the bridge-crossing fee
· Other services arising from the app\u2019s Terms and Conditions
3. Declaration of conformity
S.C. TIMESAFE S.R.L. hereby declares that the services provided through the Pago app comply with the accessibility requirements laid down in Romanian Law no. 232/2022 on the accessibility requirements applicable to services.
4. Accessibility requirements implemented
In accordance with the legal provisions, the Pago app implements the following measures to ensure accessibility:
4.1. Information for assessing how services meet accessibility requirements
The Pago app has been adapted and developed to comply with accessibility principles, in order to ensure that our services can be used by all people, including those with disabilities. Our development process includes accessibility testing, periodic evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

All services offered through the Pago app are presented to users in an accessible format, with clear information, logically structured and easy to follow. The user interface is designed to be intuitive, with distinct visual elements, legible text and interactive components that are easy to identify and use.

For each service offered, the Pago app provides:
